Occasionally patients come to us feeling that they haven’t been given insufficient time or attention to their very unique and detailed complaints.

In cases where the diagnosis is unclear, or the source of pain and dysfunction has not been identified, we take a multidisciplinary and detailed approach to assess a variety of causes.

An initial consultation may be scheduled by phone call, so we can assess if you have had the appropriate imaging and studies to fully explore and evaluate your symptoms. New and prospective patients can upload imaging here for a screening review of imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) along with any other information you would like to include, such as a description of bothersome symptoms, as well as any previous surgeries and/or consults you’ve tried.

Once appropriate imaging has been obtained, we coordinate an in-person examination at a convenient time with one of our experienced doctors.
