Terms & Conditions

The terms for using the NeuroOrthoNYC website and the text messages you can choose to receive from us.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the NeuroOrthoNYC website and to the text messages you can choose to receive from our New York practice. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Medical information on this website

The website offers general information about conditions, treatments and our doctors. It is not medical advice and does not replace an examination by a qualified clinician. Always ask your own doctor about your symptoms and treatment options.

Using the website, sending us a form or reading our content does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when one of our physicians agrees to see you as a patient.

If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use the website, our forms or text messages for emergencies.

Appointments and forms

Sending an appointment request through the website does not confirm an appointment. Our team will contact you to arrange or confirm a time, so please give contact details where we can reach you.
